Terms and Conditions
Daily Rate Includes
- Transport to and from Johannesburg International Airport and during the hunt
- Food, beverages and accommodations
- Service of licensed professional hunter
- Services of camp staff, skinners and trackers
- Daily laundry services
- Field treatment of trophies
Rates Exclude
- Air travel, accommodation and travel charges incurred before and after the contracted period of the Safari
- Hire of rifles and ammunition
- Air charter
- Dipping, packing, mounting and shipping of trophies
- Taxidermist charges
Conditions
- Rates are subject to change without written notice
- Certain species do require Cites Permits
- Game not listed may be negotiated
- Suggested period of hunt is 10-14 days depending on trophies required
- Dangerous game: 14-30 days
- Only animals taken or wounded will be charged
Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the hunting client's safety, no responsibility can be accepted for any illness, accident or loss. It will be expected of hunting clients to sign an indemnity form before the commencement of the Safari.
Terms and Bookings
A deposit of 50% of the total daily rate of safari will confirm your booking. Balance payable on arrival. Payment by bank guaranteed check, traveler's check, cash or credit cards (a 6% surcharge on any credit card transactions). All other costs incurred during the Safari together with trophy fees are payable at the end of the hunt. Should a cancellation occur 60 days before the commencement of the Safari, the deposit less any expenses incurred will gladly be refunded.
